Our approach to IDOs

A launchpad is an investment platform. When users choose APLaunch, we aim to help them make the best investments possible. Our approach is to make the token sale itself as simple as possible, and direct focus on the projects launching on our platform. We don't use gamified or convoluted UX. Users stake the amount of APL they wish and receive guaranteed allocations according to a simple tier structure. This simplicity is very much intentional, as your time is better spent learning about the projects you wish to invest in, not learning how to invest in a complicated system. To this end, we put a lot of work into our UX design and make sure we relay as much information as possible about our IDO partners.

Every project we launch goes through an extensive vetting process before they sign with us. They must agree to provide ample public info via docs, AMAs, beta products if possible, and open lines of communication with the community. While we want our community to trust our judgment when selecting projects, it is extremely important that they have as much information as possible to review themselves.

We don't do insurance systems like other launchpads. In our opinion, these models are not sustainable, and we do not want to attract projects that would be happy to quit and just stop developing if the market turns and they have to pay back their funding. We aim to attract builders that are here for the long term. This long-term approach is also why our launchpad is KYC-compliant. We take a stake in every project we launch, and will not risk their future by flouting regulations. In short, our vision is a simple, highly functional platform, that provides high value and opportunity to every user.
